Orders can take up 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for processing and an additional 1-2 business days in transit time.
We ship to all states via UPS and local courier excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on your location, you will receive a fulfillment email with your tracking number when your order is shipped.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order uponreceipt. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing your order.We have a 48-Hour replacement policy, which means you have 48 Hours after receiving your item to request a replacement due to damages or to notify us that your order was not received on the noted delivery date.
Acceptable reasons for replacement include the following; Damaged goods, spoiled product, and delayed, lost or stolen packages.For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable.To be eligible for a replacement, you must submit photo evidence of your damaged or spoiled items, if applicable. We do not offer refunds for packages misplaced by the carrier or for stolen packages.
To start a return, please contact us within 48 Hours of your delivered order firstname.lastname@example.org with your photos of damaged or spoiled goods, if applicable, and your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll immediately issue you a refund, credit, or replacement package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inquiries made after 48 Hours from the time stamp of delivery will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please check your shipping address carefully. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute due to the customer providing inaccurate or incomplete information at checkout in regard to their shipping address. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Luv Snacks is not held responsible for the condition of your order if an incorrect or improper shipping address is provided at checkout.
No Weekend Deliveries Available.
Orders are shipped with 1–2-day shipping via UPS or local courier depending on your location. The order placing cut off is Wednesday to receive the possibility of delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Fridays only, no exceptions.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses. Putting a P.O box as your shipping address WILL result in delayed processing and shipment of your order.
Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. We do not offer refunds on the sole instance of a customer not liking the product.
Cancellation Policy or Change of Order
Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation of your order however will do our best to accommodate your request.
The consumer is fully responsible for the condition of their package once there is confirmation of receipt of delivery from the courier. All packages must be opened and refrigerated immediately upon delivery. In the circumstance the consumer chooses to unbox their order past the date of delivery, Luv Snacks will not be held responsible for the condition or spoilage of their order. In the occurrence that an order is delivered within the guaranteed delivery time, is opened by the consumer on the day of delivery and still results in a spoiled package, Luv Snacks will offer a full refund or replacement of your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Luv Snacks Inc. is not responsible for any stolen packages when there is confirmation from the courier of proof of delivery. If the courier is not able to provide proof of delivery upon receipt, Luv Snacks will happily do our best to rectify the situation and provide a replacement or store credit as necessary.
Should you receive your order and find there to be damage to the physical product, please immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours with photos and a description of your issue. Luv Snacks will offer a full refund or replacement to any damaged items.
Handling and Freshness
All products shipped from Luv Snacks Inc. are shipped via insulated shipping with ice packs at refrigerated temperature from our warehouse.
Please refrigerate the productsimmediately upon receipt. Products must remain refrigerated until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives and when properly stored in the refrigerator will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 25-45 day, please reference your expiration date on the jar prior to consuming.
